Designing a custom bike involves thorough planning, often taking as much time as the assembly itself. During our initial discussions—whether in-person, via phone, or email—I’ll ask about your riding style, preferences, and any design ideas you might have. With all this information, I’ll compile a detailed specification list that includes a quote. Although bicycles may seem simple, the complexities are in the details. It’s not uncommon to encounter compatibility issues or ill-fitting parts, even with extensive research. My expertise allows me to sidestep these potential pitfalls, ensuring every component is not only compatible but also perfectly suited to your riding style.

Ensuring the Perfect Fit

The Assembly Process

Once we finalize the specification list, a 50% deposit will be requested to kick-start the sourcing of your components. Most parts typically take about a week to arrive, and I’ll keep you informed about their expected delivery times. After receiving all the components, I’ll assemble your bike with precision, ensuring every detail is attended to.

Care After Assembly

After your custom bike is ready, I recommend a complimentary first service after about a month or two. This allows for any necessary adjustments once everything has settled. Even if it seems perfect, I like to check that everything is functioning as it should.
